Job Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex technical issues related to solar panels and inverters.
  • Providing expert-level technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
