Job Role

- Providing expert-level technical support to customers via various channels.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
