Key Account Manager for Generic and Biosimilar Medicines

Sandoz, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales operations and achieve performance targets for our generic and biosimilar medicines. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:
- Drive sales operations plan and achieve agreed sales and performance targets for your part of the organization/specific product area.
- Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.
- Accountable for achieving own and team's agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets.
- Create and execute business plans to drive achievement and responsible for brands' strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and standards.
- Maintain existing clients and develop new business opportunities independently.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
- Manage area sales and expense budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pharmacist degree.
- Proven experience in leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Generic product knowledge.
- Intermediate English.
- Action and results-oriented.
- Collaborative.
