  • Evaluating and resolving user access issues, account data, quoting, and opportunity booking complexities
  • Acting as a central resource for Sales teams, guiding them on system usage and process compliance
  • Partnering with internal teams to identify, document, and address recurring issues, driving continuous improvement
  • Engaging with Sales Reps to review deal transactions, booking documents, and quotes before key deadlines
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting system errors to develop practical solutions for Sales Reps
  • Collaborating with Sales teams to complete quotes efficiently and delivering targeted training when required
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive account records through thorough research, data verification, and automated updates
  • Securing reliable system access for Sales teams and resolving ongoing access-related issues
  • Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and productivity enhancements
  • Reconciling order discrepancies with reported bookings and revenue to guarantee financial accuracy
