High school degree required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, or equivalent.
Experience within Financial Services industry considered an asset.
Fluency in English is required.
Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
May require shift work standard schedule is 3 pm - 10 pm Costa Rica time.
