Overview of the Role:

As a Channel Partner Principal Medsurg at Boston Scientific Corporation, you will play a key role in the performance management of our channel partners. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the site selection, qualification, and initiation processes for trials.
  2. Key contact with physicians and research teams during patient screening and enrollment for clinical investigations.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and initiate logistics for investigational products.
  4. Ensure clinical trials comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
  5. Develop training plans and materials, and educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters.
  6. Collaborate with Territory Managers on business strategy and tactics at the physician level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Performance Management of a Channel Partner.
  • Proven sales experience in healthcare accounts management.
  • Advanced English Language (at least B2 level).
  • Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
