Customer Service Representative Role in Financial Education

In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, acting as a liaison to identify and address their concerns, issues, and queries. You will also play a pivotal part in educating them on various financial topics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Researches and resolves all customer inquiries and requests coming via inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provides comprehensive customer education about services and policies in a clear and concise manner.
- Takes control of problems logically and with a clear understanding to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
- Adheres to internal compliance policy and guidelines established by Qualfon and the client.
- Documents customer issues into notes that are consumable by other users.
- Follows up with customer needs and team lead requests.
- C Cooperates with special projects.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
We seek candidates with advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), excellent customer service skills, strong conflict resolution abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also required, while prior call center experience and high school diploma are preferred.
**WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS**: To work from home, candidates must meet specific technical requirements, including a desktop or laptop computer, operation system Windows 10 or newer, webcam with video capability, high-speed Internet via wired Ethernet connection, upload speed of 3 Mbps, download speed of 10 Mbps, latency under 100ms, and USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.
