As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Center team, you will play a key role in resolving inquiries from retailers and sales representatives.
You will be responsible for taking calls and tickets to/from clients and CSAs, assisting retailers and TMRs with inquiries related to business operations.
Key objectives include handling inbound calls and tickets, complying with account KPIs, transferring calls to the Tier2 department, analyzing and handling situations that may arise, and improving processes to provide effective customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will require advanced skills working with Microsoft Office, experience working under pressure, and at least one year of contact service experience.
Other essential skills include problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as C1 English Level.
While a SAP Knowledge is beneficial, it is not indispensable. USA Visa is also a plus.
