We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and supporting communication activities. You will also assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, and support recognition programs by ordering prizes, organizing events, and supporting communications.

Additionally, you will be responsible for office supply management, which may include placing orders, and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- 1 year experience
- Advanced English language proficiency.
