Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare agendas for confidential meetings
  2. Prepare business documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence
  3. Collect and distribute information internally and externally on behalf of senior executives
  4. Coordinate events, conferences, and special projects as required
  5. Meet with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization on behalf of senior executives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent/college diploma
  • Technical diploma in customer service and secretariat or studies in business administration (a plus)
  • 6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
