Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jouyll. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including preparing customer spreadsheets, maintaining online records, and managing contact lists.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, they will be familiar with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
  • Manage contact lists
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Perform market research
  • Address employees' administrative queries

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or relevant role
