Employee Experience and Services Coordinator: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Employee Experience and Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including HR administration, employee programs, and customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Manage employee records, benefits, and programs
  • Support local office branches with administrative duties
  • Provide high-quality customer service to World Vision staff
  • Perform vendor management and payroll inquiries
  • Compile statistical reports and information as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in human resources or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of general HR principles
  • Ability to troubleshoot employee issues and escalate when necessary
