About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Arrange business travel for staff and clients
  2. Develop informative reports and presentations
  3. Organize calendars and coordinate meetings
  4. Offer administrative support to staff and clients
  5. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
  6. Foster seamless communication with internal and external partners
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Spreadsheets
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
