We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Virtual Staffing Llc team. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Case Managers and attorneys, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in office administration, secretarial work, or customer service. Proficient command of the English language is essential, both written and oral formats.

Duties include:

  • Answering calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing incoming calls, routing them to the right department, and taking accurate messages
  • Providing administrative support to our Case Managers and attorneys
