Job Description

Gensler is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to provide administrative support to our design teams. As a key member of our studio, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to Studio Directors and Design Managers
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Managing project files and ensuring proper electronic filing standards
  • Supporting with staffing and update staffing reports
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and events

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team on qualifications packages and RFPs, as well as coordinate employee engagement activities and promote studio culture.
