**Administrative and Back Office Expertise**

We are seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our hiring process, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative and back-office activities, ensuring seamless execution of our recruitment strategy.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Audit requisitions for compliance and accuracy.
  • Support pre- and post-offer processes, including contract generation and offer development.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Post Offer Support and Onboarding teams.

**Requirements**

**Essential:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and/or data entry roles at multinational companies.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Desirable:**

  • MS Office proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience supporting hiring processes in Latin America.
  • Familiarity with Workday Recruitment modules.
  • Business Process Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance skills.
