Job Overview
We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join our team as a Regional Marketing Strategy Director. In this role, you'll partner with our region's leaders to drive growth and recognition in Latin America. You'll be responsible for implementing Gensler's global marketing strategies on a regional level, developing high-level strategy, integration across design/practice areas/geography, client/market intelligence, and related principal-level business management responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing and business development strategies
- Collaborate with regional managing principals and office/practice leaders to plan and execute strategies for developing existing or new markets
- Provide business intelligence to regional leadership
- Drive integration across practice areas, identify opportunities for new service offerings, and thought leadership outreach
- Align the firm's global strategies with local market considerations
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years professional experience in marketing and communications; preferably in the architecture/design, real estate, or professional services industry
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field; a master's degree may be advantageous
- Experience developing business in Mexico, Central and South America markets
- Experience leading/managing marketing teams
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese would be an additional benefit
