Operations Specialist for Sales Growth

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our America's Marketing Region (AMR) New Business Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing business processes running sales operations functions, including compliance measurement. The role requires strong analytical and data management skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. The candidate should have a deep understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy, or operations. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to deliver world-class customer engagement and orientation, grow revenue, and help Intel gain and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage business processes running sales operations functions, including compliance measurement
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to create new customers in Intel's tools and systems
- Work closely with business units to set up new products and manage customer supply chain requirements
- Analyze data to determine product allocation and optimize revenue and supply
- Document business processes and occasionally present to customers
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to influence decision-making
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field, with at least 1 year of experience engaging with and supporting customers. Advanced English language skills are required, as well as proficiency in SAP and understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy, or operations. Strong analytical and data management skills, good communication, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
