As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal matters. You will hold meetings with clients/prospects using the telephone in conjunction with web-based tools, identifying product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and either taking the lead or referring them to sales personnel.
We are looking for an individual who can research and identify sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production centers/business units or specific accounts across all solution suites. You will provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings effectively.
Additional responsibilities include managing batch programs, assisting with DaaS implementation, consulting with Programs/Process/Compliance, cross-selling/up-selling where appropriate, transmission/file maintenance, generating Spec/Cover Letters, invoice programs, managing audits, managing batch research, subcode setup, configuration changes, volume/revenue reports, pricing maintenance, and custom reports.
**Qualifications**
We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, good knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace, and a willingness to learn more. At least two years of experience in client-facing/sales/account management roles are necessary. Advanced English language skills are required, as well as comfort operating within a teamed selling approach with energy and a sense of ownership.
Good oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and a drive to learn independently and in a structured environment are essential. Good customer service and follow-up skills, organizational and project management skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PPT, MS Office, Salesforce - are also required.
