Responsibilities

The successful candidate will focus on implementing a cloud Data Factory and new Enterprise Performance Management system, ensuring timely delivery of Data initiatives and driving data ingestion, modeling, and roadmap improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of the Data & Analytics Hub project by driving data ingestion, modeling, and improving roadmaps">
  • Collaboration with Data, BI, Automation & IT teams as a liaison to ensure timely planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives spanning multiple technology solutions and internal partners">
  • Ensuring readiness for change across business units through efficient change management programs leading to early adoption of new solutions and business processes">
  • Encouraging active use of a strong risk management framework with project teams and internal partners">
  • Communicating effectively with accuracy and completeness using MS Office tools, JIRA, and other platforms such as MIRO board, Slack, and SharePoint">
  • Defining, supervising, and reporting metrics to measure initiative performance within their scope of work">
  • Maintaining 5+ years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, and/or project management, with a BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management, or similar field, and an MBA as a plus">
  • Demonstrating analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and make timely supportable decisions">
  • Acknowledging relational database architecture, financial systems architecture, or cloud data warehousing and implementation expertise">
  • Experience in setting priorities and assuming responsibility for work and work products">
  • Delivering insights to management in a clear and concise manner">
  • Familiarity with Jira platform is desirable">
