We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

This role involves representing top banks and financial services companies nationwide and requires strong interpersonal skills to generate direct customer contact and motivate customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating customers on available options
  • Addressing sensitive financial situations
  • Processing customer requests systematically
  • Maintaining client policies and procedures

**Schedule Details**

The training schedule is from 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday, lasting two weeks. After training, the schedule may vary between 7am-10:00pm, totaling 35 hours a week.
