Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Coding experience a plus
