Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings. This role involves advocating for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our customers regarding their credit information.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
  • Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to customers regarding their credit information
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to appropriate functional areas for handling
  • Ability to adapt to changes in products
  • Ability to understand standard operational procedures for all new partners being onboarded

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (required)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (required)
  • Able to keep consistent performance on a highly occupied environment (80% Occupancy)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC/internet skills
