**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns

Requirements:

  • Cash handling skills and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems and technology
