**Job Overview**
The Front Office Supervisor-Operations is responsible for leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk productivity and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room inventory, and financial data
