Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including cash handling, reporting, and inventory control
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and logs
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
