Job Overview
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations in our busy hotel. You will work closely with the front desk team to manage check-ins, resolve guest issues, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including shift logs and daily memos
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
