**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, providing information and guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Operate a PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and connecting callers with the relevant extensions.
  • Record visitor arrivals and departures in accordance with Emerson's requirements.
  • Receive and direct visitors, ensuring they reach their desired destination.
  • Coordinate special requests from hosts and visitors.
  • Handle local and international calls from customers and suppliers.
  • Receive correspondence and messages addressed to our business units.
  • Record and distribute messages to the relevant personnel and sections.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures established by the organization.
  • Maintain equipment and workspaces in order, reporting any anomalies or issues.
  • Adhere to entry and exit control requirements as per the Free Trade Zone Law and internal procedures.
  • Book Meeting Rooms according to established procedures.
  • Send communications related to the Facilities Department to various stakeholders.
  • Utilize screening systems to meet Trade Compliance requirements.
  • Manage office supplies for the Facilities Department.
  • Act as a communication bridge between internal customers and the Facilities Department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • College degree in Administration or a related field, or close to completion.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1).
  • +2 years of experience in Customer Service.
