Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring that all aspects of front desk operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including shift logs and daily memos
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
