Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury condominium facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, reviewing financial reports, and maintaining high standards of life safety and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the guidance team to develop operational strategies that align with the brand's business objectives
  • Review owner engagement surveys and prepare action plans to improve service delivery
  • Evaluate the performance of operations teams and provide feedback to improve service quality
  • Tour the building regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and assess operational effectiveness
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with departmental teams to achieve desired results
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Management license for Condominiums, as applicable
  • Preferred: Previous Association management experience
