**Job Role:**
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in experience, processing all guest transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting all guests warmly, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process all guest transactions, including room assignments, payment processing, and check-outs, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when processing guest transactions and managing front desk operations.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
