At Infotree Global, we're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of ¢500,000.00 - ¢600,000.00 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana
