We are seeking a Product Fulfillment Senior agent who excels in providing quality results through inbound calls and back-office tasks. This role involves ensuring timely project completion, maintaining superior client care, and addressing consumer needs with precision.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to the ID Restoration consumer line
- Meeting performance expectations and metrics
- Identifying consumer needs through thorough credit file analysis
- Documenting follow-up actions for partner departments' best resolution
- Initiating and resolving research to provide precise information to consumers
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in French language skills (B2) both written and spoken
- 0-6 months of knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
**What sets you apart:**
- Proficiency in English is a plus (B2)
- Studying or majoring in Business Management, Project Management, Law, Industrial Engineering
- Certified in process improvement methodologies or proven experience
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Action-oriented and results-driven
- Proven multitasking and handling various responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
