We are seeking an experienced IT Support Assoc II to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our employees.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to execute projects, troubleshooting complex IT problems, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

As an IT Support Assoc II, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, loaner, replacement, and asset return requests, reimaging or repair of unique hardware, and flexible staffing to handle on-site leadership escalations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft, Linux, and network systems administration, hold Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification, and possess excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about technology and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
