The Job

This role involves driving business growth through new account acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and team members to achieve common goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities through social selling, networking, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Ua's pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively implement client solutions.
  • Maintain a current understanding of competitor's services, solutions, and price offerings through market analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) with ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • High school or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred in General business, marketing, psychology.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with relevant B2B telephone sales experience and strong track record of achievement.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience using MS Office and the Internet.
