Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl is seeking a skilled Global Sales Expansion Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to build a deep knowledge of global eCommerce and drive business growth in LATAM.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of sales or account management experience, specifically in relationship management within technology and start-ups. The ideal candidate will have e-Commerce industry or related experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities.
  • Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, driving improvements across selling and expansion-related fields.
  • Develop marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events, analyzing data to produce insightful business strategies that make a difference.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience in relationship management within technology and start-ups
  • E-Commerce industry or related industry experience
  • Analytical skills and highly data driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
