**Job Description**:
Provide technical support service in English and Spanish over the phone and on site.
Incident and service request resolution.
Creation, modification, resolution, escalation and monitoring of cases entered through the different ticketing platforms.
Compliance with service level agreements.
Provide monitoring of the essential services in the operation (NOC).
Direct communication with customers and suppliers.
Production of technical guides and other support documents.
Availability for on-call coverage.
**Qualifications**:
Fluent conversational and written English, higher than 90% proficiency.
Computer support technician.
1 year experience.
