About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware
- Log and track tickets using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
