Some of the responsibilities that will occupy your day to day are:
- Design the marketing strategy and identify potential clients for the assigned project.
- Constant analysis of the market to identify opportunities, market cycles, new buildings, and available spaces that can compete with the assigned project.
- Support the analysis and negotiation process of every transaction handled in the assigned project.
- Analyze the business and Real Estate needs, propose viable alternatives, design proposals, and execute Real Estate consulting services according to each client/lead diverse
needs.
- Coordinate with the different teams involved in the negotiations in order to close each transaction successfully.
- 2-4 years working experience as a sales executive, marketing or PR associate, or relevant role.
- English proficiency.
- Energetic and competitive personality combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detailed-oriented and responsive to prospective customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field.
