**Analyst, Human Resources Project Management - Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

We are looking for someone who would document and track activities of a project, including research, analysis, risk documentation, problem resolution, status reporting, milestones and tasks health and status. The role will also support in keeping the program’s documentation organized, develop presentations for communication to senior leadership, and ensure proper and timely management and delivery.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensures detailed follow up and tracking for all project milestones, tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Escalates issues to the Project Manager or Direct Responsible Individual owning the responsibility of the whole project.
- Discusses in detail the health of the milestones and tasks with the Project Manager to be able to define a clear project Health Status and content for the stakeholders.
- Coordinates or participates in assigned minor projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
- Creates business process flows.

**Role Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience working in projects as an active collaborator or coordinator.
- Advanced student at Major degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar career fields.
- Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Agile or similar others.
- Knowledge of any of the following tools: MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
- Fluent in English and proficient with project tools.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Human Resources related tasks is a plus.
