We are seeking an individual to meticulously document and monitor project activities, including research, analysis, risk assessment, issue resolution, status updates, milestones, and task progress. The role also involves maintaining organized program documentation, creating presentations for senior leadership communication, and ensuring efficient and timely project management and delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Performs project support tasks utilizing expertise in project management principles, practices, and procedures, such as monitoring project progress and documentation.
  • Ensures thorough tracking and follow-up on project milestones, tasks, deliverables, and accountabilities.
  • Raises concerns to the Project Manager or Direct Responsible Individual overseeing the entire project.
  • Engages in detailed discussions with the Project Manager on milestone and task statuses to define a clear project Health Status and content for stakeholders.
  • Coordinates or participates in multiple minor projects concurrently, involving research, analysis, documentation, designing/testing, issue resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
  • Develops business process flows.

Role Requirements:

  • 1+ year of project collaboration or coordination experience.
  • Advanced student pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, or similar areas.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
  • Fluency in English and skilled in project tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Human Resources tasks is advantageous.
