Senior Treasury Analyst

Senior Treasury Analyst Job description:
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting treasury operations & related cash management support, including periodic reporting for senior management. Additionally, this position will assist with high-level accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and reconciliations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Determine and track budget expenses with accuracy and transparency
- Create in-depth spreadsheets, which details trends and forecasts for revenue, profitability, and expenses
- Assist in strengthening operational efficiencies and traceability
- Analyze budgets and implement action plans to rectify issues
- Provide support and assistance to Treasury Analyst, A/P and A/R team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Specific Assignments:

- Able to participate in transformational workshops, track progress, manage key decisions made, communicate impact of changes, track project milestones
- Be able mentor junior level resources within the program
- Capture and publish requirements based on stakeholder needs
- Solve simple to complex cash, banking, and cash accounting queries
- Perform with minimum supervision all treasury transactions and processes including reconciliations, cash position management, cash investments, funding settlements of loans, ventures, payroll, process/post accounting transactions, intercompany loans, transaction/position reporting, entity-based cash flow forecasting, provide transaction assistance
- Document and maintain policies and procedures for tracking cash in each state of operation
- Act as the Finance team’s primary contact to communicate with internal and external parties regarding all treasury-related systems and processes improvements/implementations
- Assist in implementing technology to streamline Treasury, A/R, and A/P functions.

Senior Treasury Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in accounting or finance required
- 2-5 year(s) of related work experience required
- Project management experience
- Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel (advanced), experience required
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and good judgment with sensitive data
- Able to work with other team members in a collaborative environment
- Must be able to execute and follow through to completion and documentation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a state and federal criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications:

- Swift Bank Connectivity experience
- SAP platform experience is a plus

- Santa Ana, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
