We are seeking a professional to oversee project team activities, including research, analysis, documentation, testing, risk management, training, and more. The role involves collaborating with various teams to identify process improvements and ensure successful project execution.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages, monitors, and evaluates global projects within the Global People Organization.
  • Provides input and recommendations in a highly autonomous role, leveraging extensive knowledge of principles and practices.
  • Handles projects with significant impact on operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitates change management and efficient communication among stakeholders and program sponsors.
  • Maintains project documentation and delivers impactful presentations.
  • Monitors project performance and addresses any deviations from the plan.
  • Develops process flows, conducts testing, and provides innovative solutions.
  • Plays a key role in shaping functional strategies with original thinking.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' progressive management experience, including project management, in a large-scale environment.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Certified in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, or similar areas.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and ability to enhance productivity.
  • Proficiency in English and project management tools.
  • Cross-cultural experience vital for success in collaborating across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a background in Human Resources processes are advantageous.
