The Armory Sales Operations team's mission is to enable all go-to-market teams to scale and to drive strategies to make sellers more productive. We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive all aspects of our Sales go-to-market programs. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you'll be a key member of the Sales organization, working closely with stakeholders to create best-in-class operations for our Sales Org and our Customers.

**What you'll do**:
Metrics & Reporting:
- Determine the right success metrics that drive business outcomes across customer-facing teams. Build & maintain dashboards and reports to manage those metrics.
- Regularly and relentlessly measure our performance — from seller productivity to stage-to-stage conversion rates. Provide bulletproof data and analyses to inform all aspects of the business.
- Work with the sales teams to ensure we have a predictable business through the weekly forecasting process.
- Produce weekly data and prognostic commentary to tell our team where we are going and suggest actions needed to change direction or maintain a course of success.
- Monitor pipeline health and provide strategic recommendations on how to improve pipeline. Work with AEs to constantly improve SFDC hygiene.
Business Process:
- Own and manage territory and account planning.
- Assist in authoring field compensation plans and analyze their effectiveness.
- Author Sales policies and account ownership/handoff rules.
- Continuously assess lead-to-cash and account lifecycle processes and drive projects to improve the experience our prospects and customers have working with Armory.
- Orchestrate the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for the field.
Demand Generation:
- Partner with the sales and marketing leadership team on the inbound lead flow process. Ensure fair distribution to sales reps and timely response to new leads. Continuously improve inside sales process and strategy
Business Systems:
- Hire and lead team (TBD) to support Salesforce Administration and other tools support, including but not limited to: Marketo, SalesLoft, Insight Squared, Spekit, Closeplan (People.ai), Leadfeeder, Ringlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero and ZoomInfo
- Work with internal teams and consultants to optimize SFDC functionality and help create a roadmap for SFDC and potential future products/integrations.
- Administer Salesforce for the field teams.
- Drive continued automation and efficiency projects.
**Must have**:
- 4+ years experience in a Sales Operations, hands on experience necessary
- Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards and reports, process builder, validation rules, calculated fields, workflows. Admin certification is a strong plus.
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce and the flow of data between them.
- Exceptional quantitative skills (statistical methods, MS Excel, Google Sheets, sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can lead a meeting with directors, VP's, and C-level executives.
