As a Business Development Representative, you will:
to join our team. You will have be responsible for creating and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with dealer customers within an assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity to further enhance your call center and customer skills and work with a Global company with lots of career growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Managing internal sales calls; business-to-business call center agent position
Inbound and outbound communications with businesses through telephone and e-mail
Provide top notch customer service by effectively understanding business needs and offering or upgrading services to ensure the best solution
Achieve set targets and other performance indicators as outlined by the business
Manage and update business accounts with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, business specific and corporate guidelines are followed
About you
You enjoy talking to people on the phone and building business relationships within your designated sales region
You are passionate about customer service and delivering a quality customer experience
Self-motivated and target driven with a history of exceeding company targets
You are open to coaching/feedback and have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
Requirements
English Proficiency minimum of CEFR C1
Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales position is required
Experience in tier II customer support and/or customer retention is a strong asset
Must be able to work full-time from office– who doesn’t like a beautiful, brand new office with a fun work environment and free coffee?
