This HR Business Partner role will be responsible for implementing and administering HR procedures and processes, making suggestions for continuous improvement, and handling all elements of HR operational duties. The successful candidate will provide information and consultancy to managers and employees about employee relations, HR activities, benefits, disciplinary actions, etc., and create and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Systems and database.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer HR procedures and processes
- Make suggestions for continuous improvement and add value to the HR services
- Handle all elements of HR operational duties
- Provide information and consultancy to managers and employees
- Create and maintain accurate employee records
- Work in collaboration with the Operations team, Recruitment, Training, Accounting, and IT
- Prepare and administer employment-related documents
- Provide support and partner with the accounting team and payroll
- Provides benefits administration services
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare relevant reports
- SUPPORT delivery of an effective employee onboarding process
- Collaborate and take responsibility for the smooth and timely running of HR operations
