Customer Service and Escalation Resolution Specialist

As a Customer Service and Escalation Resolution Specialist at Tek Experts, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex technical challenges and driving end-to-end problem resolution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a primary contact for moderate to highly complex issues for customers, effectively communicating with them to understand their concerns and improve their experience.
- Driving fast and accurate resolutions for our customers through effective escalation management and strategic project leadership.
- Leveraging your analytical skills to identify systematic issues and process breakdowns, developing creative solutions to delight customers and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technology industry, or related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or equivalent field.
- Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills, with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
