Azure Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Azure Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Tek Experts. As a customer-oriented professional, you will work with customers to resolve complex software issues, collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires you to take escalated cases and provide quick and accurate support.
Tech support duties include communicating with end-users, identifying and troubleshooting their needs, and setting expectations for resolving issues. You will also apply technical knowledge to identify remediation steps, troubleshoot customer issues in lab environments, and seek guidance from technical leads as needed.
Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team provides world-class support to Microsoft clients, focusing on the Azure cloud infrastructure. As a member of this team, you will solve technical problems for medium and large companies, working collaboratively to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with end-users to identify and troubleshoot their needs.
- Apply technical knowledge to identify remediation steps and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Provide technical guidance across teams to resolve cases.
- Maintain documentation for all cases.
- Mentor junior support engineers as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with 85% or higher English proficiency, experience in technical support roles, and basic knowledge of virtualization, programming, Active Directory, networking, and operating systems.
