Dynamics Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Dynamics technical support specialist to provide top-notch support for our clients on complex software issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, and remote support sessions.
- Collaborate with peers and technical leads to resolve escalated cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.
- Provide technical guidance to junior support engineers and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer and/or tech support within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including data bases, cloud knowledge, and network connectivity.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
