We are seeking a skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team at Bosch Service Solutions. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to BMW Roadside Assistance customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and follow program guidelines and call center standards.
  • Use Dealer Speed to check VIN and experience in CDC to view vehicle/customer information.
  • Act as first level point of contact for escalations between customer and specialist to resolve before involving a TL.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • English B2+ or C1 language proficiency.
  • Portuguese B2+ or C1 language proficiency.
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively without supervision.
