About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist Leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical support documentation, performing daily checks, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
  • Perform daily checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements and escalate issues promptly.
  • Conduct same-day risk reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal technology groups and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain proper storage and archiving procedures.
  • Keep skills up-to-date by learning the latest technologies.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements:

">
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Support roles.
  • Possess advanced execution capabilities and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show effective collaboration with support team members and other technology teams.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
